The company's production equipment includes: more than 40 presses, more than 40 CNC lathes of various types, more than 30 other processing lathes, more than 10 special machines such as milling machines, grinding machines and wire rolling machines, and welding equipment includes welding robots imported from Japan.
Products are exported to Europe, America, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, while the company also for Korean automotive secondary supporting parts. Current market distribution: 60% at home, 40% at abroad, 60% at OEM and 40% at AF. The company has an annual comprehensive production capacity of 800,000 sets, supporting seven main engine factories in China.
In terms of product development, the company can develop and trial-produce products according to three-dimensional digital models, prototypes, two-dimensional drawings and so on provided by customers.
